When will I receive my order?

Orders placed Monday - Friday are generally processed & shipped within 2-4 business days. You’ll receive notification once your order has been accepted by USPS, including tracking information & estimated delivery date.

Is gift packaging available?

Absolutely! Each reiki-infused piece arrives on a custom jewelry card with the type of gemstone labeled on the back. At checkout, you’ll have the option to choose whether you’d like your jewelry boxed in the elegant & earthy packaging above, OR you can go “boxless” & receive your jewelry in an adorably rustic jute bag. If you are ordering multiple pieces and would like some boxed & some bagged, simply specify which pieces you’d like gift boxed & I’ll happily oblige. The Zenerosity Gifts tag on the gift boxes will be left blank to give you the option to personalize.

Do you fulfill custom orders?

The short answer—sometimes! Much of this depends on the number of orders currently in queue. But by all means, please feel free to reach out via the Contact Page & I will let you know whether I’m able to accommodate your custom needs at that time.

How should I care for my crystal jewelry?

Every order will come with a Thank You card that includes tips for keeping your crystals vibing high. This includes basic care, suggestions for cleansing & charging your crystal jewelry, along with setting your intentions to aid in “programming” your crystal for optimal energetic support. PLEASE NOTE: it is very important to always remove your gemstone jewelry prior to showering, bathing, or swimming. Due to the soft or porous nature of some gemstones, exposure to water can cause damage, & I want to ensure you enjoy your crystal jewelry for years to come!

How do I adjust the length of the adjustable pendant necklace or boho bracelets?

Gently hold the macrame sliding knot in one hand, and with the other hand, pull on the cord (not the decorative beads!) to open the length of one side fully. Repeat on other side before sliding on over your head or onto your wrist. To tighten, gently hold the sliding knot before lightly pulling at one cord tail (again, not the beads), before repeating on the second tail to reach to desired length/fit of the necklace or bracelet.

Why do some jewelry pieces have a “Limited Edition” label?

This has everything to do with sourcing. When a particular gemstone is no longer available from my trusted wholesalers, whatever is left in stock is all that remains and the design will be phased out. I wish I could guarantee indefinite availability for all my designs, but alas, when it comes to nature, resources are finite.

Why do you list zodiac/astrological associations but not birthstones?

A great question with a multi-layered answer! The notion of “birthstones” was actually created & introduced by jewelers in the 1920s as a way to increase gemstone sales. Zodiac stones on the other hand, have a direct correspondence to specific planets, and by extension, the zodiac sign that’s ruled by said planet. Is there some overlap between birthstones & zodiac stones? Yes, there is some. However, to achieve the most accurate support that best aligns with your energy, zodiac stones are absolutely the way to go! Plus, it’ll save you a few hundred dollars because, folks, those December diamonds are not cheap!
